Hunt for the Crimson Vixen

[Spottedfur]

Crimsonstrike laughed. "Well, you need to get that wound treated." she said to Crimsonvixen. "and we need to go lose your scent and hunt."

[nightgaze]

Frostvixen nodded. "It was nice meeting you."

[Spottedfur]

The two foxes nodded and left.

"So... to hunting?"

[nightgaze]

"To hunting!"

[Spottedfur]

Crimsonstrike scented the air and looked up. "perfect." she purred through her fangs as she bore a smile. She gave out a yowl and a hawk from above looked down at her. It changed it's direction and came down toward her. She leapt as a tree, shoved off and hit another tree, bouncing against the two until she gained anough speed to simply run up the trunk of one. As the Hawk neared the tree, Crimsonstrike increased her speed, leaping off the top and toward the hawk, fangs bared and claws unsheathed. She hooked her fangs into it's neck, flipping herself ontop of the bird as it died, digging her claws into it's wings. She held them out and flapped, causing her to lose altitude and land with a thub, unharmed, a feast in her jaws. I must look like such a show-off.

Frostvixen sat there when a mouse scurried past her. She hit it with her paw and sent it flying in the air. She cuaght it in her jaws and gave it a killing bite, all with out moving an inch.

[Spottedfur]

"Ah fink hat's eouf foo." she saigh though the hawk's feathers. "Back to camp?"

[nightgaze]

Frostvixen laughed. "Ok feather mouth." SHe picked up her mouse and started back to camp.

[Spottedfur]

Crimsonstrike chuckled and padded along behind her.
